The energy monitoring for all apartments and the common area is achieved with kilowatt hour meters, connected to multiple Modbus networks, all interrogated by the PolarBear SCADA System. The Voice and Video Intercom System utilises the same backbone infrastructure. It offers intercom functionality to every apartment via the touch screen, four door stations at each of the main entries, sophisticated intercom station at the Concierge, as well as intercom stations throughout the building and fire stairwells on every floor.
Each exclusive Marina Apartment will be equipped with in-home displays – 15” touch screens – which show real-time and historic data on energy and water consumption.
Ecoview has built the Voice and Video Intercom System into the software, incorporating live audio and video communication from the door stations. And the Smart Lighting Control System provides both lighting and air-conditioning control of the entire apartment, with temperature control, light switching/dimming functionality and pre-configured light scenes.
